I find it hard to reach a balance between confidence and humbleness. The people I admitre the most usually can do it. I can only think of 6 persons that fit this profile .
Others I have known in the profesional context fall prey to the impostor syndrome. They can’t get themselves to show their true colors. Consequently, they don’t get as many opportunities to demonstrate the qualities that merit a strong sense of confidence.
This results in a strange situation where often the confident but untalented people have an edge over the talented but insecure ones.
